Dick Goldman opened the first
Blue Dragon Tattoo Studio in
February of 1991. It was sold
on Sept.1, 2004. The Flagstaff
shop was opened in March of
1994. It was sold to it's resident
artist in 1997. The Glendale
shop was opened in November
of 1995. The Glendale shop features
artists Dick Goldman and Vinny
Sky. Blue Dragon Tattoo and
owner Dick Goldman have been
featured in the Arizona Republic,
The Phoenix Gazette and the
tv show Inside Edition. Over
the years, Channel 10, Channel
3 and Channel 12 have also done
features on Dick Goldman and
Blue Dragon Tattoo.
Dick Goldman's tattoo work has
been featured in the following
magazines. Skin Art, Tattoo
Revue, Skin & Ink, Tattoos
for Women, Tattoo Magazine,
International Tattoo, Flash,
Tattoos for men, Tabu Tattoo,
Tattoo Savage and Tattoo Planet.
Blue Dragon has been voted New
Times Best of Phoenix as well.
We are also former members of the Better
Business Bureau.
Sterilization is extremely important
for the Safety and health of
both the customer and the artist.
Blue Dragon follows APT guidelines
and the sterilizers are spore
tested every month.
Every artist at Blue Dragon
Tattoo is required to take a
Blood Born Pathogen Certification
course.

according to the laws
of The State of Arizona.
A Minor is anyone
under the age of 18 years of
age.
1. Minor child MUST be
between the ages of 16 and 18
years old.
---------- We will not tattoo
anyone under 16 years of age.
2.
Parent or Legal Guardian MUST
be present and remain in shop
while minor child is getting
tattooed.
3.
Minor child Must
have valid photo I. D. with
date of birth.
----------- A valid I. D. is
considered a state issued drivers
license, state issued I. D.,
passport, or school I. D. (some
school I. D.s do not have a
date of birth).
4.
If minor child's I. D. does
not have a date of birth, then
the child's birth certificate
will need to be brought as well.
5.
Parent or Legal Guardian must
also have valid state issued
I. D.
6.
If parent's and child's last
names or addresses are different,
then they must bring a birth
certificate as well.
7.
Legal Guardian must have court
ordered papers showing guardianship
and right to make legal decisions
for the minor child.
